The Parramatta Heritage & Visitor Information Centre’s friendly staff provide a unique starting point for discovering Parramatta - the city that tells the story of Australia.
The Visitor Services team offers a wealth of information to help you to plan your visit in and around the City of Parramatta and run school holiday programs and education activities.
The Research Library, within the centre, specialises in local studies, family history and houses Parramatta’s history and heritage research resources, Council and community archives, and cultural collections.

The Heritage Gallery Room is available for hire to businesses and community organisations. It’s suitable for small boardroom style meetings of 10- 12 people or up to 20 for short theatre style meetings and presentations.
